Access your inner strengths to empowerment.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when limiting stories keep you stuck. In our sessions, our work will always be guided by your comfort and goals. You don't need any background in music. I blend traditional talk therapy with music, mindfulness, and occasionally art to help you self-reflect and process emotions.

With compassion and curiosity, I offer a grounded sanctuary via a secure Telehealth platform where you can safely explore your inner world and rediscover your voice. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills to support you feeling calmer, clearer, and more confident.

What is Music Therapy?

Music therapy is an evidence-based practice that connects individuals to inner strengths and acts as a bridge to better understand ourselves and others. Listening to music, songwriting, vocalizing, music improvisation, lyric analysis, and learning music allows us access to all parts of the brain.

Music therapy is an agent of change that serves as a coping strategy to support improvements with physical and mental health stressors.

Music therapy can address any of the following goals -

  • Emotion regulation

  • Feelings identification

  • Perspective taking

  • Challenge limiting beliefs and reframing self-driven narratives

  • Self-expression and self-advocacy

  • Challenging Music performance anxiety

  • Neuroplasticity - engaging all parts of the brain, reorganizing new information from working memory into long-term memory
